Santa Ana, California, USA - July 12, 2011 - International Skylights announced today the

completion of a significant acquisition thereby adding a major, new manufacturing facility in Texas to the company's California operations. This purchase establishes Acralight as the leading, full line manufacturer of skylights in the U.S. Yesterday the company completed the purchase of specific assets, product designs, testing, listings, certifications, machinery, tooling and dies for standard skylights, smoke vents and related products from the largest skylight manufacturer out of the Dallas, Texas area, a major step in Acralight International Skylight's strategic growth plan.

Lance McCabe, Chairman and CEO stated, "We are thrilled to have been successful in obtaining these assets and proven product solutions. As a leading daylight system provider headquartered in the west, this strategic investment by Acralight servers as the launch pad for our expansion to the central and eastern regions. We will be locating the assets and experienced personnel close to the seller's Terrell, Texas location in order to meet and exceed customer expectations for lead times and service reliability."

Operating as Acralight International Skylights, Texas Division, the acquisition of these assets from one of the nation's most recognized manufacturers of skylights establishes Acralight as the only full line manufacturer of skylights in the U.S. with manufacturing and shipping locations east and west of the Rocky Mountains. Our people and relocation of equipment are on schedule to be fully operational in August 2011. This will provide significant benefits to our customers in the central and eastern U.S. by reducing shipping costs to those locations.
