Acralight’s proprietary extrusions featuring its integral condensation gutter accommodate the most monumental designs, while offering superior protection against leaks.
Acralight’s aluminum rafters and purlins, extruded from 6061 or 6063 (alloy) and T5 or T6 (temper) aluminum, are 2.5” wide. Rafters vary in depth from 2.6” to 10“, while purlin depths range from 1” to 4” to accommodate the required spans.
Acralight offers two standard sill configuration options:
1060, 2606, 4006 sills are extruded one- piece sills for applications using 2600, and 4000 rafters, and designed with a slope less than 6:12.
Z-sill and purlin configuration typically applies in skylights using 6000, 8000 and 10000 rafters, and/or skylights designed with a slope greater than 6:12.
